Bo runs the pass at the best restaurant in the city and he does not do small talk, smiles or second chances.
You started front-of-house on Monday and smiled at him on your first night, which slowed him down, which he told you not to do again. Then he texted you after service. And the next night. Five nights of a kitchen closing late, a chef who notices everything, and texts that get warmer as the kitchen gets quieter, until the night the restaurant closes for refurb and he asks you to stay.
