Complaints Policy

If you would like to make a complaint about content on teasing.me, email us at support@teasing.me or use our report form. You do not need an account.

1. How to complain

Tell us what the content is and where you saw it (a link or the character’s name helps), and why you are complaining. You can complain about anything on the site: a character, an image, a video, a message, a published story, or a charge on your card.

2. What happens next

A person on our team reviews every complaint. All complaints are reviewed and resolved within 5 business days, and we tell you the outcome of our review and what we did. Content that breaks our rules or the law is removed as soon as we confirm it. Anything that may involve a minor or a real person’s likeness is reviewed first.

3. Possible outcomes

• The content is removed or changed.
• The account that published it is warned, suspended or closed.
• For a billing complaint, the charge is corrected or refunded where it was wrong.
• No action, when the content is within our rules. We tell you why.

4. Appeals

If you disagree with a decision, or your own content was removed and you think that was wrong, email support@teasing.me with “Appeal” in the subject within 30 days. We review the case again from the start, including anything new you send us, and answer within 5 business days. If a person says content depicts them without their consent and we cannot resolve it between us, the dispute may be referred to a neutral third party, at our expense.
