These Terms are a binding agreement between you and teasing.me (“teasing.me,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
teasing.me is a strictly adult (18+) service. You represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher). Where the law requires it, we verify age through a third-party provider before granting access; we keep only a pass/fail reference, never your ID document or biometric data. Accounts we believe belong to a minor are terminated immediately.
All companions, personas, images, and messages are AI-generated fiction. They are not real people, are not conscious, and their messages are not advice, facts, or statements about any real individual. Any resemblance to a real person is coincidental and unintended. You may not use the service to create or request content depicting a real, identifiable person, and you may not upload another person’s photograph or likeness.
The following are prohibited without exception, and we will act on them and report where the law requires:
Beyond these lines, teasing.me is an NSFW adult service; consenting adult fantasy between fictional characters is permitted within the limits of applicable law and our payment providers’ rules.
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Do not share your account or use someone else’s. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings in one step — no phone call, no retention maze — and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are reviewed case by case: email support@teasing.me, or for a card payment made through CCBill, contact CCBill Consumer Support. Your rights under consumer law are not affected. Prices may change with notice; a locked-in launch price, once granted, is honored for as long as the plan remains continuously active.
We and our licensors own the service, models, and software. Subject to these Terms, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use content generated for you for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not redistribute generated media as your own product.
teasing.me lets you create and publish your own characters (including the text you write and any images you add). You keep whatever rights you already have in what you upload, and you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute it for the purpose of operating the service. Publishing a character makes it visible to other users.
You are solely responsible for everything you upload or publish. You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to it and that it does not infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, right of publicity, or other rights, and does not violate these Terms. You agree to indemnify and hold teasing.me harmless from any claim arising out of content you upload or publish.
We are a host of user-created content, not its author. We do not pre-screen every upload for third-party rights, and we remove infringing or violating content when we become aware of it. We may remove, unpublish, or refuse any user content, and suspend or terminate accounts, at our discretion — and we terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, why, and the control you have over it — including viewing, exporting, and deleting your data.
The service is not available in every region, and we restrict or geo-block access where local law requires it. You may not use technical means to misrepresent your location to bypass these restrictions.
The service is provided “as is,” for adult entertainment only. It is not a substitute for professional, medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice, and it is not a crisis service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, teasing.me is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for any violation of these Terms, and certain sections survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, liability).
We may update these Terms; we will post the new version here and update the date above. Material changes will be notified in-product or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
teasing.me has zero tolerance for human trafficking, slavery, forced labour, non-consensual sexual content and child sexual abuse material, in any form, including AI-generated or fictional content. Using the service for any of these, or to advertise or solicit commercial sex, leads to immediate removal of the content, termination of the account and a report to the relevant authorities and our payment partners.
