teasing.me respects the intellectual property of others and expects the same from our users. Some characters on teasing.me are created and uploaded by users. We are a host of that user-created content, not its author, and we respond to valid copyright notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).
The fastest way is our report form: pick “Copyright”, and it asks for everything below. We remove only the reported character or image.
Or, if you own a copyright (or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf) and believe content on teasing.me infringes it, send a written notice to our copyright agent at copyright@teasing.me that includes all of the following:
When we receive a valid notice, we remove or disable access to the reported material expeditiously and make a reasonable effort to notify the user who posted it.
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to copyright@teasing.me that includes: your signature; identification of the material and where it appeared before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address, and phone number; and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice. We may restore the content in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action.
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
Concerns about trademarks, the right of publicity, or a real person’s likeness may also be sent to copyright@teasing.me. We prohibit content depicting real, identifiable people and act on valid reports.
Notices under this policy should be directed to our designated copyright agent at copyright@teasing.me. This policy works alongside our Terms of Service.
