Looking for a Candy.ai alternative?

Candy.ai is the most polished AI companion on the market, with years of tuning behind its images. Two things send people looking elsewhere: a memory that works some of the time, and an advertised price that is not what you end up paying once the tokens start.

Pick Candy.ai if

Pick teasing.me if

…you want her to remember you without filing it yourself, talking that is never metered, and photos, clips, Live Action and filmed scenes priced one at a time, shown before you spend.

The honest part

Where Candy.ai is still better

Their image generation has had years of tuning and it shows, particularly in keeping a character looking like herself across hundreds of images. Their clips run longer than ours, and the brand is the one everybody has heard of. If you want the biggest name and the longest videos, they are the stronger product today.

If you want a companion who is still there when you come back — who knows what you told her last month and brings it up herself — and you would rather see a price before you spend it than buy tokens in bulk, that is the thing we built.

The memory problem

Candy.ai does remember things between sessions — but how well varies a lot, and the same testers describe it recalling a name while forgetting a pet, a stated preference, or something significant said a few days earlier. Within one conversation, context starts slipping after roughly 20–25 messages.

The clearest evidence is a feature they ship called Pin Memories: you save up to 800 characters of facts you want kept. That exists because automatic recall cannot be relied on. If memory worked, you would not need to do its filing.

We built it so there is nothing to pin. What you tell her is stored, dated and kept automatically; change jobs and she knows the old one and that you left it; ask her never to raise something and it holds. When something lasting changes between you — she becomes your girlfriend, takes the name you gave her, moves in — she carries that for good. Everything she knows sits in a memory panel you can edit or wipe, and if your plan lapses none of it is deleted.

The pricing problem

Candy.ai advertises around $12.99 a month. Images cost tokens, tokens are bought in packs, and reviewers put realistic spend for an active user at $25–40 a month. The subscription is real; it just is not the whole bill.

Here a plan is $5.99, $12.99 or $24.99 a month and includes Kisses every month — 120, 260 or 500, the same on a yearly term as on a monthly one. Talking is never charged per message. Photos start at 6 Kisses in chat and a 5-second clip at 40, with the price on the button before you tap. Not sure yet? Three days of everything is $1.99, once.

What does Candy.ai really cost per month?
The plan is about $12.99, but images cost tokens on top; independent reviews put realistic spend at $25–40 a month. teasing.me plans are $5.99–$24.99 and include 120–500 Kisses a month; talking is never charged per message.
