This covers who owns what you make here, what you must not recreate, and how rights holders ask us to take something down. It sits alongside our Terms of Service.
Subject to our Terms, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to enjoy the media a companion generates for you, for your own personal, non-commercial use. teasing.me and its licensors keep all rights in the models, the software, and the service itself. You may not resell generated media or pass it off as your own product.
You may not build or request characters that are real, identifiable people, or named characters, worlds, and storylines from someone else’s copyrighted work. Original characters that simply sit in a familiar genre or style are fine; a specific, named, protected character is not. Works in the public domain are open to use.
If you own the rights to a work and believe it has been used here without permission, email support@teasing.me with the subject “Copyright” and include: what you own; where the infringing material is (a link, or enough detail to find it); your contact details; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and your electronic signature. We remove valid claims promptly.
If something you created was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misfiled claim, you can send a counter-notice to the same address. We will pass it on and, where appropriate, restore the content.
Separate from copyright: if content here uses your likeness, you can ask us to remove it without filing a formal legal notice. Just contact us.
Accounts that repeatedly infringe are suspended and then permanently terminated.
“teasing.me”, our logo, and our branding are ours. Please do not use them in a way that suggests we endorse or are affiliated with you.
